When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.
Standard production is 3 to 4 weeks.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at (800) 821-1174 or via email at SplunkShop@halo.com immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request. A shipment notification will be emailed to you with the tracking information when your order has shipped.
Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 821-1174 to advise them of your return request. A Customer Service Representative will review return options with you. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer will be responsible for the freight costs incurred on the return or exchange.
If purchasing via credit card, standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground with UPS's published rates being charged. All inventory orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Please note that this does not include actual shipping time. Exceptions are possible in the event of a backorder.
